Each of the 3 stunning bedrooms are illuminated with Edison lighting over exposed brick walls and feature the artwork of the Dutch post-impressionist Vincent Van Gogh.  Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable high-end queen bed with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets.

 

Bedroom One has an en suite, renovated bathroom with stainless fixtures.  It’s equipped with ample closet space, an organizer for folded clothing and other items, and a full-length mirror.  The painting is Van Gogh’s “”The Bedroom””.

 

Bedroom Two features Baronet dresser and end tables.  It’s equipped with a spacious walk-in closet with in-closet lighting, a full-length mirror, and gorgeous bay windows.  The painting is Van Gogh’s “”The Yellow House””.

 

Bedroom Three features an en suite workspace that overlooks tree-lined McPherson Avenue.  It’s equipped with ample closet space, shelving for folded clothing and other items, a full-length mirror, and gorgeous bay windows.  The painting is Van Gogh’s Olive Trees.

The full kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, granite countertops, a gorgeous mid-century dining table with 4 chairs, and Edison lighting over exposed brick walls.  The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge.  We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.

The sun-filled living room features bay windows overlooking a beautiful courtyard.  The design is elegant and minimalist, with a cozy sofa flanked by two stylish armchairs.  Should you require an additional bed, the sofa swiftly and easily converts to a queen bed, and we provide the linens.  The living room is also equipped with a 50″” flat screen, 4K Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

The two newly remodeled bathrooms feature tiled walls with premium stainless fixtures and granite countertops.  The bathroom is stocked with complimentary, high-quality, all-natural artisan shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap from Beekman 1802.  The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels for your stay.

  • A security deposit is due at booking to secure the reservation, and the payment for the remainder of the booking amount (or the first payment if paying in installments) must be submitted within 48 hours, or prior to the check-in time, whichever is earlier, to complete the reservation. If this payment is not made within this time frame, the security deposit will be applied to the balance owed and the reservation will be considered cancelled. Our cancellation policy for short-term bookings (stays less than 30 days) is as follows: If a guest cancels up to 30 days before their stay, they are given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels up to 14 days in advance, they are given a 50% refund. Our cancellation policy for long-term bookings (stays 30 days or longer) is as follows: If a guest cancels on or before their check-in date, and has not yet submitted payment for their reservation, they forfeit their submitted security deposit and no other payment(s) will be collected. If a guest cancels on or before their check-in date, and has submitted payment for their reservation, they pay for only the first 30 days of the booking. If the guest cancels after their check-in date, they pay for the 30 days following the date of the cancellation, or if there are fewer than 30 days remaining on the rental agreement, up to the end date of the rental agreement.

When entering and exiting the building, be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Do not park in unassigned parking spaces. Do not leave trash or other items anywhere outside the apartment itself ($50) INTERACTION WITH NEIGHBORS/MANAGEMENT: Avoid interaction with management and neighbors. For any questions message or call host QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours from 9pm-9am. Limit noise and be considerate of neighbors ($100 per valid complaint received by building tenants and/or neighbors) DAMAGE/DESTRUCTION OF PROVIDED ITEMS: Treat furnishings as though they were your own (Cost to reacquire and replace damaged or destroyed items in the event of damage or destruction of property ) NO LATE CHECK OUTS. The cleaners will arrive promptly at the designated check-out time to clean and to do all the laundry in preparation for the next guests, and their window to complete this work is very tight. We've had issues with guests checking out late or turning in keys late, and this creates major logistical issues for us and our cleaners and can compromise the experience of the guest checking in after or force us to block off subsequent days in our calendar that would have otherwise been open for booking. We provide a 15 minute grace period for guests just running a few minutes late, but charge the following fees for late checkouts and/or late return or loss of keys, parking pass, and/or parking remote Late checkout (15-60 minutes late): $20 Late checkout (more than 60 minutes late): Guest charged the cost of an additional night* Late return (or loss) of keys (more than 60 minutes late): $50 Late return (or loss) of parking pass (more than 60 minutes late): $50 Late return (or loss) of parking gate opener (more than 60 minutes late): $100 *This fee is intended to compensate cleaners for time spent waiting and to compensate host for cost of blocking off subsequent nights and/or having to cancel the subsequent booking-it does not serve as payment for an additional night's stay, and does not reserve the room for guest.

  • Staying at Brandon’s place was well worth it. Street parking was not an issue. Walking around CWE for meals and shopping was a breeze. There is a grocery store nearby and the neighborhood was a combination of stately brick and stone homes and multi-units. He was quick to respond to my questions & provided recommendations when needed. Highly recommend!

  • Would highly recommend for a group of up to seven people. Really easy to get in to the apartment. Has in unit washer and dryer. All of the rooms are spacious. The pull out couch is sturdy and comfortable.
