☆Original Site of the Historical Beehthoven Conservatory ☆
The Conservatory Loft is located in the historic Taylor-Olive building in the heart of the Central West End. Constructed in 1904 for the use of the Beethoven Conservatory, the building was home to this important school as well as many smaller music and dance studios.
☆Bedrooms☆
Each of the sun-filled bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings, gorgeous 8″ windows, and track lighting. Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable high-end queen bed with high-quality, 100% cotton sheets.
Bedroom One has a full en suite bathroom. This bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, a cozy reading nook, and features Vincent Van Gogh’s “Almond Blossoms”.
Bedroom Two also has a reading nook, ample closet space, and Katsushika Hokusai’s beautiful painting “Red Fuji South Wind, Clear Sky”. The 2nd bathroom is adjacent to bedroom two.
☆Kitchen☆
The full kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave, granite countertops, a kitchen island. and Edison lighting. The kitchen comes chef-ready, with pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil provided free of charge. We also provide our guests with an assortment of complimentary teas, coffee, and purified Brita water.
☆Living Room☆
The living room features wall-to-wall hardwood floors, track lighting, bright windows, and a stylish sectional sofa. Should you require an additional bed, the sofa swiftly and easily converts to a queen bed, and we provide the linens. The artwork is Vincent Van Gogh’s “Irises”. The living room is also equipped with a 50″ flat screen, 4K Smart TV with complimentary Netflix.
☆Dining Room☆
The gorgeous dining room features a striking 3-panel painting of Hokusai’s “The Great Wave Off Kanagawa”. There is seating for up to 6 guests at our large dining room table with comfortable upholstered chairs.
☆Bathrooms☆
The Conservatory Loft features two full bathrooms. Each bathroom is stocked with complimentary, high-quality, all-natural artisan shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap from Beekman 1802. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels for your stay.

The laundry area features in-unit, full-size washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent and other supplies free of charge..

The Central West End is a very popular neighborhood, and parking is limited. Parking is metered on the street, and there are paid lots and garages for overnight parking.
We wanted to provide parking for guests bringing a car, while not inflating the rate for those who wouldn’t need parking, so we purchased on-site parking, and rent the space for $75/month as a convenient option for those who need it. Please include in your greeting message whether you’ll be needing parking.

- Cancellation Policy
- A security deposit is due at booking to secure the reservation, and the payment for the remainder of the booking amount (or the first payment if paying in installments) must be submitted within 48 hours, or prior to the check-in time, whichever is earlier, to complete the reservation. If this payment is not made within this time frame, the security deposit will be applied to the balance owed and the reservation will be considered cancelled. Our cancellation policy for short-term bookings (stays less than 30 days) is as follows: If a guest cancels up to 30 days before their stay, they are given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels up to 14 days in advance, they are given a 50% refund. Our cancellation policy for long-term bookings (stays 30 days or longer) is as follows: If a guest cancels on or before their check-in date, and has not yet submitted payment for their reservation, they forfeit their submitted security deposit and no other payment(s) will be collected. If a guest cancels on or before their check-in date, and has submitted payment for their reservation, they pay for only the first 30 days of the booking. If the guest cancels after their check-in date, they pay for the 30 days following the date of the cancellation, or if there are fewer than 30 days remaining on the rental agreement, up to the end date of the rental agreement.

In the event that the guest misrepresents the number of pets they are bringing (or neglects to disclose that they are bringing pets) they will be assessed applicable pet fees and an additional fee of $50. When entering and exiting the building, be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Do not park in unassigned parking spaces. Do not leave trash or other items anywhere outside the apartment itself ($50) INTERACTION WITH NEIGHBORS/MANAGEMENT: Avoid interaction with management and neighbors. For any questions message or call host QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours from 9pm-9am. Limit noise and be considerate of neighbors ($100 per valid complaint received by building tenants and/or neighbors) DAMAGE/DESTRUCTION OF PROVIDED ITEMS: Treat furnishings as though they were your own (Cost to reacquire and replace damaged or destroyed items in the event of damage or destruction of property ) NO LATE CHECK OUTS. The cleaners will arrive promptly at the designated check-out time to clean and to do all the laundry in preparation for the next guests, and their window to complete this work is very tight. We've had issues with guests checking out late or turning in keys late, and this creates major logistical issues for us and our cleaners and can compromise the experience of the guest checking in after or force us to block off subsequent days in our calendar that would have otherwise been open for booking. We provide a 15 minute grace period for guests just running a few minutes late, but charge the following fees for late checkouts and/or late return or loss of keys, parking pass, and/or parking remote Late checkout (15-60 minutes late): $20 Late checkout (more than 60 minutes late): Guest charged the cost of an additional night* Late return (or loss) of keys (more than 60 minutes late): $50 Late return (or loss) of parking pass (more than 60 minutes late): $50 Late return (or loss) of parking gate opener (more than 60 minutes late): $100 *This fee is intended to compensate cleaners for time spent waiting and to compensate host for cost of blocking off subsequent nights and/or having to cancel the subsequent booking-it does not serve as payment for an additional night's stay, and does not reserve the room for guest.

I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area. Absolutely beautiful high ceilings very high-end everything ….an all-around gorgeous place. I loved it.
